Patricia A. Woertz, chairman and chief executive officer of Archer Daniels Midland Corporation, has been appointed to the board of directors of The Procter & Gamble Company. Prior to becoming chairman and chief executive officer at ADM, her career included executive positions at Chevron Corporation.
